Can live with a small dog after correct introductions. Cat-free home, as he is not used to cats. Bilbo thrives in peaceful home environments and loves relaxing the most. Bilbo is toilet trained, lead trained, and can be left for short periods in the house. He is non-destructive. On walks, Bilbo shows lead frustration towards other dogs. He may pull and react out of frustration and fear. He shows no reaction towards people or strangers. Bilbo is definitely food-motivated and will do anything for a tasty treat; this will help with his training going forward. With correct introductions, Bilbo could live with another small dog, but he is still learning social cues and boundaries, so a patient canine companion would be ideal. Bilbo could live with older, dog-savvy children of teenage age, as long as he has his own child-free space to go to. Bilbo likes his own space and does not like too much fuss when he is resting.
