Silkie

Meet our gorgeous 2 year old Lurcher, Silkie! Silkie is a lovely happy-go-lucky girl who loves a fuss and a cuddle with her favourite people. Her favourite thing to do is sprawl on your lap and ask for belly rubs. She has shared a kennel with her friend Ottie in the past, but can sometimes be a bit overwhelmed of other dogs when out and about. For this reason, it would be beneficial for Silkie to be the only dog in the home. She would also prefer a family who is able to build up her leaving hours slowly, as she isn't yet used to being left on her own for long periods of time. Silkie is a bouncy girl, but has lived with children before and so could live with children as young as 8 years old in her new home.
