Heidi

Heidi is a 5-year-old female Schipperke Cross. She is a small-sized dog who can be a little worried at first, but once she trusts someone, she becomes incredibly affectionate. She loves to greet her favourite person with excitement, cuddling into them and rolling over for tummy rubs. In the home, Heidi is clean and non-destructive. She is comfortable being left alone for a few hours and enjoys her walks and little adventures. She will be a devoted and loyal companion to the right person. Heidi can be anxious at times and requires an experienced owner who understands her needs. She is protective of her person and may guard them from others, so she will need a one-person household. A quiet, adult-only home with minimal visitors would be the best environment for her. While Heidi mixes well with other dogs, she prefers to have her own space and should be the only dog in the home. She cannot live with cats.
