Lucy

Lovely Lucy is an adorable 1 year old Cross-Breed girl who enjoys a good fuss. She’s very inquisitive and will follow you around. She walks well on lead but can be worried by the outside world so will need some patience and gentle encouragement. Lucy mixes well with other dogs but she is quite a bolshy girl who stands her ground so if she is to live with another dog it would need to be a dog of compatible energy levels as she may prove overpowering for a nervous dog. Lucy passed her cat test with flying colours and could live with a cat in her new home. Lucy is a vocal girl who alert barks when she meets new people, she will benefit from an experienced owner to help her build confidence and ensure that this behaviour does not escalate to reactivity. She is particularly wary of men so we are looking for a female only home at this stage. As Lucy is only a youngster she will need a home with someone around for most of the day and she may need support with toilet training. She will need an adult only home with no young children visiting.
